Is there online payment?
No. Payments are manual transfers with a receipt, confirmed by the coach or gym. We do not take card payments.
How long until a coach or gym is approved?
Every new coach and gym is reviewed by the platform before athletes can see them. You get a notification as soon as your account is approved, or rejected with the reason.
Is my data private?
Progress photos are visible only to you and your coach while your subscription is active. Receipts are visible to the people involved and the platform admin. Your health information is shared only with your own coach.
What if my receipt is rejected?
You see the reason and can send a new request with a correct receipt.
Can I use it in Arabic?
Yes. The app and the dashboards support Arabic, including right-to-left layout, and English too.
What if I forget my password?
Use the forgot-password link. We email you a link that works for 30 minutes and only once.
Can a coach have unlimited clients?
Each plan has a client limit. You can start free with one client and upgrade when you need more.
Where can I get the app?
The mobile app is being prepared for the stores. Contact us and we will let you know when it is available.
How long does a subscription last?
Every coach subscription, every monthly gym pass and every Pro or Elite plan lasts 30 days. A day pass is valid on the visit date. You get a reminder three days before something ends.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel a request while it is still pending. After it is confirmed, the platform does not move money: agree any refund directly with the coach or gym, who can cancel your pass or end your subscription. If you cannot agree, write to support from the app with the details.
How do I delete my account?
Athletes delete the account in the app: Profile, then Delete account. Coaches and gym owners delete it from the Account page of their dashboard once nothing is open. The delete-account page explains what is removed and what is kept.
Why does the app ask for my location?
Only to show the gyms nearest to you while the app is open. You can refuse and search by name or area instead.
