Delete your account
Draft text for review. It must be checked by a lawyer before the site goes live.
Athletes: in the app
Open the app, go to Profile and choose Delete account. Confirm with your password. You are signed out everywhere and cannot sign in again with that account.
Coaches and gym owners: in the dashboard
Open the Account page of your dashboard and choose Delete account, then confirm with your password. You must settle what is open first: end your active clients and answer pending requests and payments (coaches), or answer pending bookings and wait for active passes to end or cancel them (gyms). The page tells you what is in the way.
What is deleted
Your profile and personal data, body measurements, progress photos, health notes, workout and meal logs, chat messages, notifications, registered devices, support tickets and your profile picture. Your coach or gym listing is hidden.
What is kept
Bookings, payments, requests and the receipt images they refer to stay, without your name, so the gym or coach you dealt with keeps accurate records and disputes can be resolved. We have not set a time limit for these records yet.
Cannot sign in or need help?
Use the contact page and tell us the email of the account. We will help you delete it.
